Here I am, at 2o’clock in the morning, attempting to write the initial entry on my blog. Well this is the other side of sanity…

In just over a week, I will be boarding a flight (which doesn’t stop over in Daha where I would probably be sold as cow meat) but in Dubai, before heading over to Heathrow. This will be my personal account of a South African in Maidstone, Kent. Try not to pronounce it as though drinking tea is your most favourite hobby. Or horse riding. No self respecting SAFA admits to riding horses for a hobby.
